• Books may be returned at the purchaser’s expense, provided they are undamaged and in a saleable condition.

• Personalized or inscribed books cannot be returned.

• Please ensure the book is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

 

Clothing

• Clothing items may be returned at the purchaser’s expense, provided they are undamaged, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Items must include all original tags and packaging where applicable.

Refund Process

• All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

• The refund will be for the sale value of the item, minus the original shipping cost.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

 

Return Shipping

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
